      If your item is faulty, we are happy to process a store credit or exchange for you.

      RETURN CONDITIONS

      Before lodging your request, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

      • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, we are happy to process a store credit or exchange for you.
      • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original packing, labels and tags attached.
      • The returned it ems must not be earrings,sale and stock clearance items.
      • Return costs are at the customer’s expense (unless your item is deemed faulty).

      HOW TO PLACE A RETURN

      If your order is eligible, and you would like to request a return, please email us at sandy@daisylayne.com.au with your name and order number in the subject.

      If your return request is approved, you can send it to our returns address (to be provided once approved).

      Please ensure that your E-COMMERCE Returns Form is filled out and included in your parcel. *Please note we are not liable for any damages or losses with return shipping

      The cost of return shipping costs for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty. We cannot be responsible for goods damaged in return transit. We recommend using a postage method which provides tracking or insurance for items in transit.

      If the item/s returned does not meet our Return Policy it will be sent back to you, to the original shipping address from your order.

      Returns will be issued for either a Store Credit or Exchange. Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Once your return is received, store credit will be processed within 5 business days, and will be issued in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit cannot be used or re-issued after the expiration date.

      Under Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection. If an item fails to meet consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.

      If your item is faulty, please email us directly at sandy@daisylayne.com.au for instructions on returning your faulty item/s. Please include your Name, Order Number, and photos of the fault in your email. If your product is deemed faulty, you will be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

      Refunds will only be processed if the item has been deemed faulty.
