Change of Mind: As all items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We kindly ask that you take your time and choose the items that are just right for you. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please reach out — we'd love to help!
Faulty or Damaged Items. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to make it right. You can reach us at:
